CME Category- 1.5 Educational Administration
This information will inform the conference attendees how the SMEMSIC can benefit them and help recruit new members and maintain current members. This information will also inform them how they can get involved in the committees and be a voice within EMS education. This involvement will inevitably help them administer their programs better as they interact with others in the state as well as benefit from ongoing educational offerings.
At the conclusion of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Understand the mission of SMEMSIC.
- Understand the benefits that are offered to SMEMSIC members.
- Identify the different levels of membership within the SMEMSIC.
- Recognize the different Region areas of EMS/EMSIC.
- Recognize SMEMSIC Committee Board Members, their roles, and how they are our voice at the State level.
