To expose and equip educators with current methods and strategies of communicating with students/participants of all ages.

At the conclusion of this course, the participant will be able to:
  • Understand the many challenges facing EMS educators in both the pre and post-secondary settings.
  • Identify key points of interaction between students of all ages and the instructional staff.
  • Recognize areas of possible improvement and modification in communications.
  • Identify possible modes of improvement and continuing education needed to affect change from a communications standpoint.
